QNAP Systems, Inc. today announced a partnership with Golden Frog, a company that offers online privacy and security solutions, to provide their secured and private personal VPN service, VyprVPN, to QNAP NAS users.

Through this collaboration VyprVPN is available on the QTS App Center in the Beta Lab category. QNAP users can directly connect to VyprVPN using their QNAP NAS and select from three protocols to encrypt their Internet connection (PPTP, OpenVPN-256, OpenVPN-160). VyprVPN for QNAP provides users with increased security and privacy, and QNAP is the first NAS provider to offer an integrated VPN service to users.

DroboPix is part of the myDrobo suite of software applications that makes managing important data effortless. The DroboPix app allows 5N and B810n owners the ability to automatically upload and organize photos and videos seamlessly within their local Wi-Fi network. Using DroboPix is simple.
