Cant erase DVD+RW Help!

Im using a Pioneer DVR-106 and im trying to erase a Sony DVD+RW and i have been unsuccessful. I have tried Quick/Full in RecordNow Max/Nero 6/TempgEnc DVD Author/DVDinfoPro. Any help? :o

Maybe your DVD+RW belongs to one of these detective batches? Anyone knows who is the original manufacturer of these discs?

Same model but not the same Production Lot No. unfortunately. I just burned data on it once and when i tried to erase it i was stuck. :(
