Hundreds and thousands of storage products are now selling everywhere and they can be varied. There are also so many different types of new generation USB 3.0 flash drives which have best performance. However, by only showing the performance can no longer satisfy the needs of consumers; not only do people favor access speed, they must also be able to display personal style and uniqueness. This is the kind of perfect product that the Team Group T132 is!

The T132 is one of the few flash drives that considered as a boutique which the design is specially merged with the craft aesthetic concept. The designers from Team Group started with the idea of using the lines from a bird’s nest with fine zinc alloy to create a refined look. The material they used for surface is processed with sandblasting; emitting a low-key and introverted silver glow, which further displays the calm tone of natural craftsmanship. It uses hollow interlaced lines that soften the hard metal design and comes along with slip-proof function. The T132 displays the refined and extraordinary sense of power and beauty. On the other hand, it also uses a one-piece cap-less design, totally eliminating the worry of losing the cover. The T132 make flash drives not just an ordinary storage product, but also a perfect artwork!

samsung_ssd_840_evo.pngCDRLabs kicks off the week with a review of Samsung's 750GB SSD 840 EVO Series solid state drive. The drive is powered by Samsung's new MEX controller and is available with up to 1TB of their second generation 3-bit/cell MLC NAND. To overcome the slow write speeds typically associated with this type of NAND, Samsung has increased the size the DRAM cache and implemented an innovative write acceleration algorithm called TurboWrite, which creates a high-performance write buffer in the SSD. The SSD 840 EVO is also the first drive to support Samsung's new RAPID technology. By using free PC memory as a cache, RAPID can push the performance of the SSD beyond the limits of the current SATA specification.
