Is it worth upgrading from Recordnow DX to Max?

When I originally got my Sony DRU-500a, it came with Recordnow, which I upgraded to DX for free via download. It keeps asking me whether I want to upgrade to Max. What additional features does Max have over DX? Is it worth it to upgrade?
