Well, your wish may come true. I believe Sonic Solutions' headquarters are in the US. Therefore, if company's managers are wise enough, they would finally start to offer the product in the States... :-k

Sonic barely markets their own RecordNow software in the US. It's all about the Easy Media Creator. #-o

According to an administrator on the roxio messageboards WinOnCD 8 will only be available in German. Both progs are similar i heard with WinOnCD 8 having also got WOCBlock whatever that is

Yeah, well, it sucks that Sonic / Roxio continues to force 'Easy Media Cremator' over by far better WinOnCD.

Although I'm not from Germany, I have preordered it via my friend, so hopefully this excellent piece of software will be in my posession quite soon. 8)

I've checked Roxio's Discussion Groups and sadly have to confirm what Mystery Man has posted.

By the way, WOCBlock is a nice mind game included in the program. You can play it while the writing commences.

Damn, I hope I can cancel that preorder. :evil:

Oh well, the program was shipped today. Now I'm really curious whether it's only in German language. If it is, I hope English is somehow hidden and could be enabled by tweaking INI files. :wink:

As already mentioned by Mystery Man, WinOnCD 8 and Easy Media Creator 8 are actually the same.

I have to admit I'm deeply disappointed at WinOnCD 8. This is Easy Media Creator 8 in German language. #-o :^o :evil:
