Which CD-RW should i buy? (price range around £40)

Please could you advise me on a reliable, quick and effective CD-RW for around £40 for simple back-ups of documents and cd albums. I was thinking of a LiteOn. Thanks.

i think 40 pounds is about $60-$70US. you can definitely get a liteon in that range. works well for simple backups, i use the 5224526S for just that.. backup burning of flac/mpc audio, old school documents and dae.

Heck, any drive can handle simple document backups and audio CD creation. Have you read the Reviews to find which drives are faster and more reliable? CD burners are so cheap nowadays, you can get just about any drive for £40, except maybe a Yamaha or Plextor.
