where can i get previous firmwares for sony dru500a?

i upgraded to the latest firmware and now my drive doesnt read anything.
i called tech support and they said down grading firmware might help. but they dont have them for downloads so they had to email it to me but it never came because its too big of a file for my hotmail account i think.
