What do you think about this

Okay lets try to explain this story.

Boy meets girl and girl tells boy about girlfriend. boy knows of girlfriend and girlfriend knows of boy. the boy knows how to contact girls girlfriend.

Finds the girlfriend to be interesting, but not necessarily a romantic interest, but like interesting as you would like to get to know them.

So boy contacts girls, girlfriend instead of waiting to possibly be introduced.

Bad Move? No Big Deal? or something else?? :-?

When you mean girlfriend do you mean that they're lesbians?

Monte,
Probably not a good idea, unless boy is planning a party for girlfriend.
If friend/roommate is hotter than girlfriend then go for it. :D

man, you guys give aweful advice [-X

I'd say it's a social faux paux, but it also depends on how well "boy" knows "girl". Perhaps better would be for "boy" to try to "casually" and "accidentaly" run into "girlfriend". If "girl" and "girlfriend" are roomates, then calling "girl" might lead to a conversation with "girlfriend". Perhaps "boy" should call when he knows "girl" is away?

I can't figure it out.

Monte, could you give me a replay in terms of Girl A and Girl B?

Also, chronologically, which did you meet first?

Which is the better looking?

By the way , you didn't say how did that end up ? (contacting girl's girlfirend).

Also, did you tell girl's girlfriend (let's call her girl B) about your existing contacts with girl A (original girl) ?

These, I think, are two very legitimate questions that need to be answered.

girl B knows about boy via Girl A

and acttually i have not contacted girl B

girl A & B are both VERY pretty, and although I have only gone out with girl A once, i would chose her simply because i have met her.

girl A has also been out of town ever since 2 days after we went out and haven't gotten the chance to talk in 2 weeks now

OK Monte, got it. Now I can help.

Call Girl B and tell her that you understand that she is a friend of A and that you want to know if she (B) knows when A is coming back.
Tell B that you were expecting A back by such and such and that you had bought 2 tickets to such and so.
Now one of two things:

Thing 1: B says that A will not be back in time so you tell B that you hate to waste 2 tickets and does B want to .........., or
Thing 2: B says that A will be back in time so then you ask A to go ......
Thing 2 (backup plan): If A doesn't want to go to such and so, then call B and tell her (B) that you hate to waste tickets and does B .......

10-4?

Now, that little one on the left, my grandaughter, just turned 4.
She has been playing me like fiddle for the last two years.

Poppa, I want this.....,

Hey, Monte, did you get a date with Girl B yet.

And no, Monte, you are not waiting for my four year old grandaughter, the beauty on the left, to grow up!

GIrl B is in the mid west for the weekend so no. I haven't even contacted her.
Althought I did ask Girl A whose name is Kristy if she wanted to go out on one fo the following dates

A) Mystery Date
which would be rent a De Lorean DMC-12 and take a "back to the future" theme date. Visit historical spots.(this has proven to be REALLY diffcult to pull off)

B) Universal studio hollywood (Fly down fly back same day)

C) Go to Danville CA and see my suburban lifestyle (Kristy current is living in SF)

Monte,

How about taking Girl A to Tijuana and buy her that $7,000 necklace that Jenn didn't get for $70?

Do this and take her out for dinner and maybe mini golf. The other two are WAY too elaborate and expensive.

Wow, I didn't really realize how much I missed Monte when he was on hiatus.

Helping him with his lovelife again has put a renewed spring in my step.

lol.

the most i will spend on a date is a 1k and that is for something i really want to do or with someone i would like to do something with.

I am letting Kristy make the choice. it will give me a good way to see what kind of girl she is by her making the choice.
