Versions of Nero 6

I would like to buy a full retail type version of Nero 6 on Ebay, but I'm confused about the versions that I've seen for sale. I'm hoping someone can tell me the difference between Nero 6 Suite, which was selling for $80+ and Nero 6 Reloaded, which was selling for $60+. Here are the two descriptions given:

The first one appears to be the Express, or OEM, suite. You can pick that up for less than $10 online.

If I remember right, Nero 6 Reloaded is the latest retail version of Nero 6.
