Like the subject says, Tigerdirect has the Toshiba SD-R5272 for $49.99 after a $30MIR.

Anyone have any experience with this drive? I have a Toshiba 1712 DVD-ROM and love it (sucker reads everything, and FAST). Are their burners any good? I'm mostly concerned with high quality DVD-R writing...

The performance with DVD-R is pretty good, but DVD+R could be better.
