For me it says backorded and usually ready to ship in 5 - 7 business days. It will still let you add it to cart though.
Maybe they have the same deal at your local Best Buy. I don't know if they carry these at the Best Buy store or not.
The rebate on Best Buy's web site says the offer date is 2/01/04 to 3/31/04. So, it looks like you got quite awhile to get the rebate offer.
