support available ?by firmware

anyone know if the -r/rw support will be a available by firmware or will u have to buy a new drive.

Unlikely for this to happen with any drive because of -R/RW licensing fees.

Yes, CDRecorder does have a very good point. Rumors think that they will make it availible, but that is getting more and more doubghtful.
