Software to burn VCD's?

I have some wedding photos and I want to create a VCD with all those JPG's for friends. I want to burn a VCD that they can just pop into their DVD player and see the pix.

What do you guys recommend?

Thanks!! I also went to Walmart and saw this digital camera package by SmartDisk that has a slideshow VCD creatio software, called SmartDisk MVP. Does anyone have any experience with this software, good or bad?
