Question On Nero CD/DVD Speed

I was trying to check the speed capability on Memorex DVD+R (4X) with Nero Tools kit (Nero CD/DVD Speed) module. I did open the "Run Test" choose "Create Data Disc" and run the test which took 13 minutes at 4X for the whole DVD. After the test I fond out that the DVD Disk is no longer empty and is filled with 4.38 GB of none senses data. Can any one tell me what happen and how these data were written on the disk and where they came form.

That's where the data came from. It's an easy way to fill a disc, not a simulation.
