Question DVD Media degradation

DVD-R Verbatim Mitsubishi AZO suffers internal degradation in the dye, reflective layer even being a blank disc without burning? I have several stored that don't use

Storing unused media is the same as those with data on them. You'll want to keep them out of the sun with low humidity and medium temperatures. I've got discs that are 10+ years old and still work as well as they did when new.

what durability of the storage DVD verbatim AZO? AZO and metal layer decompose?

I haven't had any issues with old Verbatim media. The discs are manufactured well and if you store them correctly, they should last a long time.
