Programs to convert RealMedia files??

Anyone know of any (free) programs that can convert RealMedia (.RM) and /or QuickTime movies to .AVI's or .MPGs? I've got a few movies in .RM and .MOV, and quite frankly, hate RealPlayer and QuickTime. Although QuickTimes not as bad as RealPlayer. Can you say Spyware? Urg..

Opps...I'm ranting again..sorry.
