Problems with my Pioneer DVR-111D

Nero doesn't want to recognize my DVD writer, here is a message that I receive. Can you help me???

Uninstall Nero and run the Nero cleaner. Then reinstall it.

For some reason, that problem has popped up a couple times recently and mostly with Pioneer drives.
