Recordnow DX v. Max

Recordnow came with my Sony DRU-500a and I upgraded it to DX. What is the difference, if any, between DX and MAX? I want to know if it is worth upgrading to MAX.

RN DX is bundled with writers,supports 2 simultaneous writers and cannot be purchased seperatly.RN Max offers MP3 ripping(and other audio tools) and 64 sim. writers.
