Millenium Falcon Lego Set

Postby Ian on Tue Jan 13, 2004 5:35 pm

This is probably one of the best Lego sets I've ever seen. I love how it opens up.

Their website is getting hammered right now. Actually it gets hammered all the damn time. Makes you wonder why they don't get a faster server and/or ISP.

Kevin Spacey immitating Christopher Walken on SNL for the Star Wars Auditions:

"I'm..captain of the Millenium..Falcon. Chewie here..tells me..you're.. looking for passage to..the..Alderon System."

"Yes indeed, if it's a fast ship."

"Uh-hah..fast ship..you've never heard..of..the Millenium Falcon?"

"Should I have?"

"It's the ship that..made the Kessel Run..in less..than..12 parsecs. She's....fast enough....for you....old man."

i now recall, my wife bought me (yeah, right, she sure knew what i would like) a small Lego set of the SnowSpeeder from Empire Strikes Back.
not nearly as elaborate and wonderful as this Millenium Falcon :(

i played with it for about 2 days i think...it's gathering dust since. :o

sad realization - i've grown too old to play Lego.
