Does the grey bottom = ricoh, black bottom = cmc rule still apply on these?

I'd like to add that Best Buy has the lowest price on Crystal Method's new CD "Legion of Boom" (out Tuesday) this week @ $8.99! I looked around and neither Circuit City, Wal-Mart, nor Amazon have better prices!

So what's the rule now to tell? I need to pick up a bunch more that will work with my 811. I know they don't do well with my Sony 500.
