Burning over 650 MB

Postby davis storm on Sat Dec 13, 2003 6:19 pm

I am trying to understand why I can not copy an ISO of 690 MB.
My Cd is a Lite On 523275S which claims can copy to 700 MB. I am using Maxell CD-R 700 MB 80 Min Gold Disks with Nero Ultra 6.0. Do I need to adjust some settings in Nero. I have looked to Lite On but no help there. Is it simply that the CD Rom will not use all the disc and I need a DVD. Any help will do even if you can point me in some direction so I can learn. Thanks.

recorder>burn image always works for me.
That image will fit on a 700mb disc with room to spare.

BTW: welcome to the Labs.

you need to give a little more details about your problem if you want to get help.
specs of your system: OS (which version of windows), CDRW drive (manufacturer, model, firmware version) etc.
details about software: which version of Nero you're using.
media you are using (brand, manufacturer if possible, speed rating etc.).
exactly what you did and exactly what errors you're getting.
