LITEON LTR-52327S, a weird problem

hi, my drive recently can't read any burned cds (no matter what cd-rewriter or dvd-rewriter) but it can still read those non-copied CDs.
the drive can also burn CD with 0 problem.
very weird, any idea? laser pointer needs a clean up?

How have you got the drive setup, i.e cable settings and what OS are you using. Have you tried burning on your drive and reading on your drive to see what results you get, if not read the burned CD's in another PC?

Second IDE Channel, Primary = Liteon 16x DVD ROM, Slave = Liteon 52x32x52.
windows xp s.p1
Burning CDs is all fine, 52x burnned, 2 minutes something finished burning.
Reading CDs is all fine, 51.97x to the end, started @ 24x
the only problem with this drive is it can not read any Burned CDs, even from other cd-writers.
i sent the drive back to newegg this morning, waiting for a replacement.
but this weird issue really drove me crazy.
