IMATION CDR made in India

i just bought these new IMATION cdr's but they were not made in TAIWAN but made in INDIA. I went to check on NERO CD SPEED: DISC INFO but it came up

RECORDING LAYER: dye type 6:short strategy(phthalocyanine)

If thier made in India, wouldn't they be made by Moser Baer India?

i finally downloaded smart burn media check and you were right--it's made by Moser Baer India Limited.
ARE THEY BETTER THAN CMC THAT IMATION ALSO USES?

No need to shout. In my experience, MBI discs are pretty good, certainly better than most of the CMC out there.

About MBIL
It burns much better as CMC on most drives.
However MBIL has a reputation of rotting cd's.(PC -ACTIVE and some COnsumer magazines and real life experience.)
Infact I found most CMC pthalocyanine disc's to be more reliable.
So I can not recommend the media.
Both media didn't survive long in my sunlight test. Except for the MBIL EMTEC Ceram Guard cd's.
These cd-r's are supposed to be based on disc's of MBIL highest quality standard. OKay there much better as any normal MBIL media I encountered so far, but they can't match against old EMTEC Ceram Guards made by TY.
