Switch off WinXP build in burning software

As far as i understand WinXP has build in buring software. I've read it somewhere. I've checked the forum but can't find an aswer.

Who can tell me where to switch off the build in burining software under Win XP? Please explane.

turning off XP burning engine:
Start -> Run -> type in: gpedit.msc -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Explorer -> Remove CD Burning features -> Enabled -> OK.
