It isn't entirely clear what you might win, but it appears that the prizes are probably home-theater DVD players and/or recorders. Three drawings are supposedly being held: one on 11/20, 12/5 and 12/20. My guess is that they will give away one LVR-1001, one LVD-2002 and one LVW-5001.

That's about all I can tell you. Being hosted in Taiwan, the site doesn't have all the rules, regulations and disclaimers required for contests in the USA. If you win, it wouldn't surprise me if they ask for shipping charges from Taiwan that run more the retail price of the prize... And I'm sure, like all contests, its primary goal is to collect potential customer contact information.

Enter or not as you wish. I thought I would just mention for those who are interested. This won't decrease my chances of winning, since I never win these kinds of things anyway...

Thanks for posting this! It's interesting that their age selection dialog box goes all the way down to five years of age; I doubt many five-year-olds are going to be interested in DVD-Recorders.

I do know what you mean; I have entered some of these types of things before, and I've never won one either.
