will this kill my montior??

everytime i exit from diablo 2 or from Counter strike mostly from any game i play
my montior screen turns black thens after 1 or 2 seconds then final my desktop shows up.
will this damage my montior over time??
oh yeah i have NEC Multisync LCD 1560v+
this is my 3rd replacement from NEC.
my first LCD from NEC started to show weaird lines going up and down with different colors had that replace.
the replacement have 2 small white spots on the upper right hand coner that wouldn't go away after 6month of use.

It sounds like its changing resolution and/or refresh rates. That shouldn't hurt your monitor.

Nope, counterstrike does some screwy things with refreshrates. Don't worry it's normal.
