I bought the following duplicating unit...

I upgraded the HD to 40gb from its 20gb.
My problem is that It wont let me create any further working partitions after AJ, which sucks as i have filled A-Z and AA-AJ, and im only at half of my 40GB limit. Does anyone know ways around this type of problem? I have the latest firmware updates and they are running.
Seems a bit rubbish i can only store half of what I need to on the HD for duplication.
Although i do like the 52x 32x 52x 7 disc capacity it runs!
Ive tried the doc that came with it, and its the wrong one, and when you go to the website it redirects you to the "manual" which is for 2 completely different models with a HD. Very helpful Verbatim!
any suggestions / comments?
