MicroAdvantage IDE Internal CD-RW burn failure

I bought this burner and it reads CD's just fine, but I cannot format a new CD-R. The error message says, "D:\ is not accessible. Incorrect Function." What's wrong?

Please give us more info. What program are you using to format a CD-R?
