crx 220e1 problem

hi all
a few months ago i update my 210e1 sony writer to 220e1 and after this every think was nice, but 2 days ago i burned 3 cds and the errors appears after this, by using nero the simulation test cann't complete 10% to copy the CD,i tried many blank cds but no solution, now i cann't burn more than 12X burning speed why?!
three days ago i was burning using 48X Speed please help me,
and please is there any way to convert this drive to the original firmware
from 220e1 to 210e1
please help me
