verbatim 4x dvd+r question

So far I've only bought these in jewel cases and never had a problem. I just found out a local store now has these in spindles of 15 but the discs are branded differently than the ones that come in jewel cases. I'm wondering if there's any differences in the manufacturing of the 4x dvd+r's for jewel cases and spindles. I've seen some posts here a few months back regarding verbatim having some faulty discs in spindles. Just want some opinions on this.

All Verbatim 4x DVD+R disks should be the same, whether they come in spindles or jewel cases.

Some Verbatim 4x DVD+R are made by Mitsubishi (mfr ID: MCC.....002) and some are made by Ricoh/Ritek (mfr ID: RICOHJPNR01). AFAIK the latter are mostly sold in USA and in spindles but they're of good quality too.
