Flashing LTD-163 in external USB 2.0 Enclosure

Postby seaegg on Fri Aug 15, 2003 4:15 am

Just tried flashing my LTD-163 which is in an external USB 2.0 enclosure and keep getting an error message saying model doesn't match. I guess to flash my drive I'll have to move it back onto an IDE chain flash it and then put it back in the enclosure. Definitely too much hassle!

Try Using LtnFlash with a binary firmware from Digi's site.

Thanks for the info but unfortunately that utility doesn't work on the LTD-163.

Don't worry about it. No one bats a thousand, so you had to get one out of your system to satisfy the statistics before stepping up to the plate for your next home run. It doesn't diminish all the great contributions you have made to these forums. 8) :D
