Hello, I just bought this drive from staples (couldent beat the price), but I seem to be having an issue in winxp. The OS recgonised the drive ok, but in explorer its showing up as a cdrom drive and some of the disks that came with the drive wont read for some reason. (ie. mydvd disk). I did some testing and a regular DVD worked ok, a burnt cdr worked ok, a pressed cd worked ok (ie. Nero that came with drive). This really has me aggrivated as i cant seem to figure out why xp is showing this drive as a cdrom, and when i put a blank dvd +rw in the drive explorer dosnt have any properties on it when i right click. Nero sees it fine, but explorer does not. I have the drive as a slave on ide 2 using uata cables if that matters any. Any help would be appriciated, because im about to take this drive back
