Suddenly, I am no longer able to eject CD-RW media by right-clicking on drive in My Computer and choosing Eject. Indeed, this now causes My Computer task to stop responding.
I can Eject media by using Ecent in InCD icon in system tray.
Win 98 is installed on C with Nero 5.5.10.42 and InCD 3.5.24.0.
Win 2000 (SP 4) is installed on F with Nero 6.0.0.9 and InCD 4.0.1.21.
Win 2000 (SP 4) is installed on G with Nero 5.5.10.42 and InCD 3.5.24.0.
Problem occurs only in Win 2000 on G drive.
No problem earlier today.
CD-RW is ATAPI PLextor PX-W4824TA, Master on Primary IDE Controller
CD-ROM is SCI PLextor PX-32TSi
All hard drives are SCSI.
Tape drive is SCSI.
ZIP drive is Master on SEcondary IDE Controller.
No slave drives.
ASPI not used in Win 2000. SPTI os used in Win 2000.
ASPI 4.60 installed in Win 98.
