HELP needed with new Freecom FX-50 USB2.0 DVD-RW

Postby antagonistix on Tue Jul 01, 2003 9:59 am

Hi,

I just got a new external DVD writer, the freecom FX50.
However NERO does not allow me to use it for burning. There is only one option of image recorder for me.
Since I dont know this software very well, can someone tell me how to get nero to see and use it please ?

The NTI product doesnt work either. Neither does WINDVD Recorder.

I am trying to burn DIVX movies to SVCD or DVD format to play on a DVD player.

ANy other software that might work for me ?

many thanks
Ant

Your drive isn't supported by the versions of the software you're using. Ahead Software just released a new version of Nero yesterday. You might want to go to their website (www.nero.com) and download it.
