Yes the LG GCE-8320B does support DMA (Direct Memory Access).
PIO Mode 4 (Multi Word DMA).
I overclocked my LG GCE-8320B to GCE-8400B (Using IBM's Firmware) to Enable UDMA 33 & MT-Rainer Support.
