CenDyne Plus-only question

The Costco.com website lists two different CenDynes. One is the +/-, which is the 1300a discussed in that thread. The other is a much cheaper plus-only model. That's the one I'm asking about. The thread above makes a brief reference to Pioneer. Is that the maker of the plus-only CenDyne?

Pioneer make (up til now anyway) only - drives.
their latest drive is dual format.
they don't make a + only drive.
