Nero InfoTool not working

Nero InfoTool not working

I've got a strange problem with my InfoTool. I click to open it, and it pops up on the screen for maybe half a second, if that, like not even enough time to see what was on it -- then disappears. Redownloading doesn't help. Does anybody know how to fix this "glitch"?

Turn off "Hide CD-R Media" in CloneCD or its equivalent in Alcohol 120% or whatever copying software you are using, and disable their virtual drives. These programs interfere with Info Tool.
