Looking for Free VCD burning Software

Postby Turkeyscore.com on Sat May 03, 2003 8:48 pm

I want to burn a VCD, I've done it before with trial versions of stuff, but the trial period ran out and im looking for a free VCD burning software. The resolution needs to be at least 640 by 480.

Unless something has changed, tmpgenc is always free for mpeg-1, which is all you need for VCD's. Now if you want to make SVCD's, that is another story.
