Postby SpazticDeath on Mon Apr 14, 2003 4:29 am

My plextor scsi died just recently, a freind of mine was using it and while transporting it back to me, droped it from a hieght of 3'.......the drive works, but always come back with cd disk is full, please replace with a new cdr disk.....so its toat....

I'm looking at a cheap as possible cdrw burner but with good speeds...since my plextor was a 12x10x32 speed....anything above it will be an improvment....

So anyone with some suggestions....please toss them my way, as my freind owese me his second unborn child....and for now the cheaper drive will do.....

Latters...

Welcome to CDRLabs, SpazticDeath!

I would recommend the Lite-On LTR-52246S. It is 52x24x52x. I recommend it because it is fast and it has good write quality. Another possibility would be the LG GCE-8520B.
