New firmware 1.30 for Pioneer A05

If you do flash up to 1.30 and you want to go back, check out the new downgrader :)

Thanks. I just read about the downgrader last night in a post by gradius at the firmware flash DVD-R... forum

I flashed to 1.30 and have burned one Maxell disc with about 4.3 gigs of home movie. It completed successfully late last night.
I'll report on playback readability today.

Mucho thanks to VEFF for the heads up on the A05 1.30 firmware release!
Same to dhc014 for the flash utility from Gradius...I thought he wasn't going to bother doing work with the A05.

0.58
1.00
1.21
1.30

Anyone know if any of the firmware versions allow 2x burning on G03 discs?

As far as I know none of them does.
I know for a fact that 1.21 and 1.30 don't.
