Okay BuddhaTB, I'm beat. :( You're up to bat again next week, unless someone else wants to step up to the plate while you finish up your finals.

Good Job cfitz. You deserve a vacation from "hot deals" after posting for 2 weeks. I'll be back next weekend for sure since I'll be done with finals. My spring break officially starts Thursday at 1 PM. :D

Also, what's the price break down for the three 30-Packs of Fuji CD-R's with all the rebates?

Great! Something to look forward to, huh? :D

$32.97 (3 x $10.99) - $9.99 instant savings (3 x $3.33) - $18 MIR (3 x $6) Hopefully those three rebates all go on one form, since the deal mentions that you have to buy three spindles, but I can't say for sure. :(

Try Fuji's rebate website.
http://216.187.123.26/rebates/
I would also give customer service a call to see if your purchase is valid for submitting a rebate request through the website.

Toll free 1-866-385-4435 Monday - Friday 9AM - 8PM EST.

You might have to pick up the rebate form at the store. Has anyone snagged this deal yet?

I would wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to enter in the rebate. It usually takes a few days for the system to update the rebates for this week. I'm speaking from past experience.

I also attempted to obtain rebate forms for Fuji CD-Rs (3) with the same result and message denying the availability of a rebate for Comp-USA, date and amount. Perhaps a phone call to their Customer Reps. will provide more information. (Wonder why this has become so difficult?)

I'm not sure if its any good or what not. But I would recommend broadband service over it anyday. DSL/Cable is cheaper than trying to add another phone line to your home and pay for dial-up service.

www.myrewards.info seems to be accepting the rebates on the Fuji CD-Rs now.

DVD-Rs also

Postby maxrulez on Wed Mar 19, 2003 8:13 am

Dont forget the coupon add on the front. They have 10 DVD-r's for $10. They are purple which leads me to believe they are memorex or whomever makes them for memorex. NEWAYS I bought 10 packs at $10 each. They burn fine in my Toshiba laptop (DVD-R) and my Sony 500 drive. Havent had any problems yet with them. They also have a $120 gb WD HD for like 79 or 89 after MIR, but it only costed $129 up front. Soi had to pick up a couple of those also.

Thank you cfitz & Buddha TB for the link and the prediction. I succeeded in obtaining the rebates. The directions indicated the rebate can be submitted up to 4 times. :D

Why is there a 6 hour sale? Is today some kind of special day I don't know about? I haven't seen any of the ads.

I guess CompUSA is celebrating the first day of my Spring Break :D

They are celebrating their 19'th "birthday", hence the special sale. I think it starts at 6:00 PM and runs until midnight. I haven't seen any deals yet.
