drive image driver

i keep on getting an error when i try to open nero drive image. it says something like 'an error has occured. pleaze reinstall nero driver.' i tried to reinstall, update, and remove, but nothing worked. i tried to remove the scsi drive controller, but that didnt work either. is there any way i can remove drive image off my computer? i will probably format + reinstall windows XP (hacked(no product activation!)) in the next month or 2 anyways, but i was just wondering...

I once had trouble removing image drive and was finally able to remove it by uninstalling Image Drive (which didn't actually work - hence my problem), uninstalling Nero, installing Nero again, installing Image Drive again, then finally uninstalling Image Drive one last time. I rebooted between steps. It took a few minutes, but got rid of Image Drive.
