I presume that your problem is not media-related (e.g., failures on a single disc, or on discs of poor quality, such as Memorex CD-RW).
I am not familiar with your Cannon software, but apparently it conflicts with InCD. Does it include any burning program or plugin? What is this RAW image Recorder? Go through the Cannon utilities to see if any of them is related to CD burning.
First, you should get Nero and InCD running on a relatively clean system. Hence remove the Cannon software for now. If you don't have the serial number for Nero (e.g., after an upgrade from an OEM version), run Start | Run | regedit and copy the serial number listed in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead\Nero - Burning ROM\Info\Serialx
Then remove Nero and InCD (and InCDUDF Reader or EasyWrite Reader if they are listed in Add/Remove Programs), and install the latest versions of Nero 5.5.10.15a and InCD 3.52.20b.
If InCD starts working, you may try to install the Cannon utilities one by one, checking whether InCD continues to operate after each install. This might indicate which utility conflicts with InCD.
On the other hand, if InCD fails even without the Cannon software, much more information will be needed for troubleshooting, as indicated in the guide

In particular, save the report of Nero InfoTool to a file, and post the Driver Information section here (to save space, remove the paragraphs for Microsoft drivers).
As for your startup messages, take a look at what is listed in Start | Programs | Startup and in the following registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
