buslink/liteon question

Postby aznlstar on Wed Mar 12, 2003 3:03 pm

I picked up my first Liteon at Circuit City yesterday. I expected it to be more noisy, but dayam!!!

anyways...i'm not sure if its normal. But when I open the tray...It comes out fast, then at about half way...it slows down.

I'm curious if this is normal, or if I have a drive that maybe breaking down already?

That's normal for LiteOn drives, assuming it isn't excessive.

You're welcome. And stay away from Memorex CD-RW discs. Get Verbatim instead.
