InCd Will not Start

Hi All,

Just purchases a Yamaha CDRW FX1 (I believe) and installed the Ahead software that came with it Nero Burn and InCD went to nero.com and updated to latest versions.

The problem I have is InCd will not start I get an Application Error saying Incd.exe referenced invalid memory location.
This happened before I updated to latest version also.

I am running Windows 2K SP3 Windows media player 9.

I followed the advice in some other threads regarding updating the ASPI

I used forceaspi and now report version 2.60 all this looks OK.
Ran neros registrychecker.exe no joy.

In my drivers folder I do not have any thing that seems to be related to DirectCD

Checking in loaded Drivers and Loaded software I can not find anything that seems it should be in conflict.

Any help would be appreciated
