InCD

I have two computers. One has a CD burner the other does not. I am using my other computer as a backup in case of problems. I want to use a backup program to put files on the InCD CD. I then want the ability to read the files from the computer that does ont have a CD burner. The regular program in that computer does not enable the CD to be read. Is there any software out there that enables a CD reader to read an InCD CD?
