How to backup the firmware of samsung cd-rw drives?

The sfdnwin.exe from samsung doesn't have this function.

BTW, the drive comes from dell and has an dell's OEM firmware.

Anybody knows a tool? Thanks.

Some Samsung drives work with mtkflash...

Thanks. Do you know which drives? I got a 40x12x40x drive(sw-240b).
