Give them a try. Obviously, anything you can salvage should be burned to a new disc, hopefully of higher quality.
What were those discs that went bad, how long did it take them to go bad, and under what conditions did you store them? If I recall correctly, you live in the Philippines, which I imagine to be rather hot and humid. I wonder if that contributed to their early demise.
