HP DVD200i 1.51 firmware - Includes?

Does anyone know the difference between 1.36 and 1.51 firmware for HP DVD200i drive?

The only link I could find for the 1.51 is:

No idea, but 1.51 is also the newest version for Ricoh's own DVD+R/RW drives. I'm sure HP's update includes the same fixes/improvements.

btw, Philips also released a 1.51 update for their drive.

From a different forum, someone said they talked to HP and 1.51 allows burning on 4X media but not at 4X speed since the drive has a hardware limitation. Speed remains 2.4x
