Thank you for the tip. I've tried to use EAC, but (since its beta without official documentation) its a bit of touch and go as to what to do. Here's what I've done:
- "copy image and create cue sheet" does what it says for the entire CD
- I edited the "Index 01" positions of all tracks in the cue sheet (subtracted 20 sectors, modulo 75 took some getting used to) and added track titles.
- I tried writing with EAC (a CD-RW for test purposes) and ran into a "write error" twice. The 3rd time it worked. I'm not aware of doing anything different. The write option seems to be a bit touchy. (Configuration: LiteOn 48246S, Windows XP/SP1 with Adaptec ASPI 4.60).
The cue sheets look interesting. Is there more information on these somwhere? Normally I use Nero for burning CDs- does Nero support these cue sheets? If not, the only other possibility right now seems to be to use the option "Tools / Split waves by cue sheet" and then burn the individual tracks with Nero.
Please let me know if there are better options.

Thanks. I'll try that too. I read Han's post earlier today and went that route first...
